Yes! Wellslocks roots began in South Korea, where are products were first created and patented. We are now sharing our story in the U.S.
Our U.S. headquarters office is located at 1371 Warner Ave. Suite A, Tustin, CA 92780. Send us a postcard! :) Please note that local pickups are not available at our office.
We currently do not have a retail store location. You can buy our products here on our website, Amazon, Sam's Club and Walmart.com! We are working to get our products to additional retailers soon!

BPA stand for Bisphenol A. Many plastic good may contain BPA, allowing the chemical to seep into our food and water. Research indicates that BPA may affect the health of infants and young children, as well as women’s fertility (Int J Environ Res Public Health. 2015 Sep; 12(9): 11101–11116. Published online 2015 Sep 7. doi: 10.3390/ijerph120911101). Our products do not have this chemical, making it safer to use for food storage.
Yes! We do not recommend heating up an empty container in the microwave.
Yes! Please let the frozen item thaw for a few minutes before putting it in the microwave.
Once orders have been placed, orders cannot be altered or changed.
We try to make sure you get your product as soon as possible. All orders placed by 3 p.m. will ship the same day. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. This applies to partial and complete orders. Please contact customer service at 844-235-3757 for further assistance.
Sure can! After making a purchase, a tracking number will be sent to the associated email. Please use that number to track your item.
If you have already submitted your order, the payment method cannot change. We ask that you double check and verify that your order is correct before submitting payment.

Our 30-Day warranty allows you to return products for a full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges, if you are unsatisfied with our products.
Our 12-month warranty allows you to replace defected products free of costs with proof of damage and proof of purchase. Please contact us info@wellslock.com for more information. This warranty applies only to items purchased from Wellslock.com. Any purchases from third-party vendors or retailers do not qualify for this warranty. Average wear and tear damages do not qualify for this warranty.
We believe in our product, and we’ll stand by our 30-day warranty. If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving the product, please give us a call and we can refund your payment, not including shipping charges. Please note this applies only to items purchased through our website. If you purchased through a third-party retailer we are unable to provide service for those purchases.
Returns and refunds cannot be made after 30 days of receiving the product.
We ship to all 50 states in the United States, and Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Please note that there is a surcharge fee for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Any and all ordered made before 3pm PST will be shipped on the same day.
All items will arrive within 7-10 business days via FedEx. Business days do not include weekends, or national holidays. Please expect possible delays if you order during the holiday seasons.
