Wellslock reserves the right to request photographic proof of product defect, and request that the defective product in question be shipped to Wellslock to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts. WELLSLOCK MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCT OR THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS THEREOF FOR ANY PURPOSE. This warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance, accident, other misuse or acts of God. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way. IN NO EVENT SHALL WELLSLOCK BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
